Reviews and Ratings
My stay at The Mark was quite disappointing. The biggest issue was being denied check-in because they insisted on proof of marriage, which was completely absurd. Although the room had both an AC and heater, and the location was good, overall, the experience was marred by poor service and an uncompromising attitude on their part. 😞
My stay at The Mark was quite frustrating, primarily due to the check-in process which was unnecessarily complicated. I had a well-maintained room with great air conditioning, but the experience left me disappointed overall. I appreciated the staff's friendliness, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families, as they demanded proof of marriage, which is not standard practice. 😔
I had a challenging experience during my stay. While the location was great and the room service was especially nice, the check-in process was frustrating due to the staff's insistence on proof of marriage. This was something I had never encountered at any other hotel before. Overall, the rooms could use some renovation, but the facilities were satisfactory.
I had a pretty rough experience at The Mark. I couldn’t check in because they insisted on proof of marriage with my wife, which was totally ridiculous and not required by law. The only good thing was the air conditioning in the room was great, but it was clear that a lot of renovation is needed.
While the location was great, my overall experience was hampered by a frustrating check-in process and a lack of service response. I found the room to be in need of good renovation, which detracted from my stay.
